Endive salad with tuna
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna pieces (in light mayonnaise, tin a 185 g), avocado, lemon juice, walnuts (55 g), spring onions, red pepper, brown baguette and ready-to-eat endive (400 g).

Remove tuna pieces with a fork.

Peel, halve and remove avocado.

Cut the flesh into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Walnuts coarsely chop.

Cut the spring onion into rings.

Clean pepper and cut into strips.

Cut 4 slices of baguette, remove the crust and cut the bread into cubes.

In dry frying pan with non-stick coating bread cubes in 5 min.

Scrape together endive and tuna and season with salt and pepper.

Spread salad over four plates.

Place avocado, walnut, spring onions and peppers on them and sprinkle bread cubes over them.

Serve salad with remaining baguette..
