Endive with chicken skewers


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (diced), sweet soy sauce, multi-grain rice (275 g), sunflower oil, garlic (finely chopped), endive (in strips), coconut milk (200 ml) and peanuts unsalted (bag of 250 g) .

Directions

  1. Put the chicken fillet in a bowl. Pour 3 tbsp. Of jellyfish marinade, shovel and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 min.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Thread the chicken on the skewers.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring fruit the garlic 1 min. Add the endive, coconut milk and the rest of the soy sauce and leave to stew for 8 min.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken skewers in 6 min. Divide the rice, skewers and the endive mixture over 4 deep plates and sprinkle with the peanuts.
