Tagliatelle with snow peas, garden peas, mint and Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Add the snow peas last 3 minutes.
  2. Chop the shallots and finely chop garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shallots for 4 minutes. Fry the garlic and peas for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Drain the pasta and snow peas and scoop with the oil and garden peas.
  5. Scrape slices of cheese and sprinkle with the leaves of mint. Bon appétit! .
