Vietnamese turkey à la minute
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), soy sauce, lime (squeezed), garlic, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), lemongrass ((sereh), chopped), turkey breast à la minute and basil (coarsely cut).

Mix the oil, soy sauce and lime juice together in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic and finely chop the ginger. Add together with the lemongrass. Season with pepper and mix. Spoon the turkey fillet patties through the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the turkey marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, light the barbecue. Remove the turkey fillet from the marinade and drain on kitchen paper. Grill the turkey fillet on each side for 2-3 minutes. Place on a bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil. Delicious with sweet chili sauce and noodle salad or pandan rice.
