Endive with potato and bacon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ready-to-eat table potatoes (800 g), cashew nuts, yellow bell peppers, butter, tart tarts, low-fat bacon strips (a 250 g), sunflower oil and ready-to-cook endive (a 400 g).

Cook potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Cashew nuts coarsely chop.

Clean and chip peppers.

Heat butter in frying pan and tartar in 8 min.

Around brown and overflows.

In a dry stir-frying pan, stir-fry for 1 minute on a high heat.

Add oil and heat.

Pepper on bacon and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add endive in portions and stir-fry until the endive has shrunk.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove tartar from pan and keep warm.

In the case of shortening tart tarts, pour 2 cups of water and stir them.

Distribute potatoes, tartar and gravy on four plates.
