English stew with potato and bacon
A nice English recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter or margarine, potato dumplings (450 g), stew vegetables (about 400 g), milk, baking bacon (packet of approx. 125 g), salt and freshly ground pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes and stew vegetables for about 5 minutes.

Add milk and 1/2 tablespoon of butter and let root mixture be covered gently for approx.

7 minutes.

In the meantime, stir fry the remainder of butter and cook bacon for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, halfway through turning.

Mix carrot mixture briefly with pestle until coarse puree.

Stew flavors with salt and pepper.

Divide into two plates and place a baking bacon on it..
