Italian tomato risotto with salmon and vegetables


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, pomodori (al forno Olive (190 g)), pasta (mix extra (750 g freezer)), risotto rice (bag 500 g), herbal broth (from tablet), smoked salmon pieces (200 g) and fresh dill (a 15 g).

Directions

  1. Cut and finely chop shallots.
  2. Drain tomatoes with olives in a sieve and collect oil.
  3. Slice tomatoes.
  4. Fry the frying pan with 2 tbsp of tomato oil (from a jar) and fry about 2 min.
  5. Add pastamix and fry approx.
  6. 3 minutes.
  7. Shovel vegetables.
  8. Heat frying pan with leftover shortening and 1 tbsp of tomato oil.
  9. Add tomatoes, olives and risotto rice and stir-fry approx.
  10. 3 minutes.
  11. Broth part by part and add risotto in approx.
  12. 15 min.
  13. While stirring.
  14. Stir in the vegetables and salmon and heat up the risotto.
  15. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  16. Dill fine above it.
  17. Distribute risotto over 4 plates..
