Melt the butter in a frying pan. Bake the croquettes in 20 min. Brown and done.

Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Cook the vegetables in 6 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, roast the almond shavings in a frying pan without butter or oil until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut dill finely and mix with the mustard through the puree.

Divide the mustard dill puree, croquette skins, broccoli and cauliflower over plates. Sprinkle the vegetables with the almonds.
