Farfalle with aubergine sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, farfalle (bow paste), aubergines (approx. 250 g), red onion, olive oil, half-to-half minced meat (about 300 g), sugo verdure (pasta sauce with paprika and aubergine 470 g ) and ground Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions.
  2. Clean aubergines and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan.
  5. Eggplant and onion for about 3 minutes.
  6. Add minced meat and fry approx.
  7. 5 minutes.
  8. Add pasta sauce and simmer for approx.
  9. 10 minutes.
  10. Drain pasta.
  11. Serve pasta with eggplant sauce and Parmesan cheese..
