Farfalle with aubergine sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, farfalle (bow paste), aubergines (approx. 250 g), red onion, olive oil, half-to-half minced meat (about 300 g), sugo verdure (pasta sauce with paprika and aubergine 470 g ) and ground Parmesan cheese.

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Clean aubergines and cut into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Eggplant and onion for about 3 minutes.

Add minced meat and fry approx.

5 minutes.

Add pasta sauce and simmer for approx.

10 minutes.

Drain pasta.

Serve pasta with eggplant sauce and Parmesan cheese..
