Farfalle with paprika salmon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, farfalle (pasta, bag of 500 g), onions (very finely chopped), olive oil, peppers red (green, yellow), salmon minced meat (250 g), sifted tomatoes (passata di pomodoro, 500 g) and crushed Gouda cheese (young (175 g)).

Cook the farfalle according to the instructions on the package. Stir-fry the onions in 1 tbsp oil for 3 minutes, scoop the pepper strips and the salmon mince and add stir-fry again for 3 minutes. Pour in the passata and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Drain the farfalle and spread over 4 deep plates. Spoon a large spoonful of pepper sauce on each plate and sprinkle some grated cheese to taste.
