Farfalle with peas and cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: farfalle (bow paste), peas (chilled fresh), grano padano (cheese) and whipped cream.

Cook the farfalle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

After boiling for 5 minutes, add the peas and cook them with the farfalle until done.

Saute the grana padano with a fine slicer or a coarse grater in flinters.

Drain the tagliatelle with peas and pick up some of the cooking liquid.

Stir in the whipped cream through the tagliatelle and continue to warm the pasta.

If necessary, add a small splash of cooking liquid if the paste becomes too dry.

Put half of the cheese through.

Spoon the pasta into four deep plates, turn generously over the pepper and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it.
