Directions

  1. Put the tomato frito and the whole contents of the jar of grilled peppers in the blender or a high cup.
  2. Cut the cucumber and pickles into pieces and add. Halve the onion. Chop 1 half fine and put in a bowl.
  3. Cut the other half into pieces and add to the mixture in the blender or high cup.
  4. Add the vinegar, oil and ice cubes and puree with the blender or hand blender until smooth. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Halve the green bell pepper lengthwise, remove the stalk and seeds and cut the bell pepper into cubes. Put in a bowl.
  6. Put the croutons in a bowl. Divide the soup over the glasses or deep plates. Serve the chopped onion, green peppers and croutons separately.
