Fast spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian cheese
Pasta with minced meat, tomato sauce, zucchini and Italian pecorino cheese. Taste?

Bring a large pot of water to the boil for the pasta.

Clean the onions and cut them. Wash the courgettes, halve in length and cut into cubes of ½ cm (brunoise).

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the minced meat in 4 minutes. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook for 1 min on a high heat.

Add the herbs and tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, put the spaghetti and some salt in the pan with boiling water and boil for 8 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese. Divide the spaghetti over the plates. Spoon the mince sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese.
