Cut the feta into pieces. Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit. Cut the stalk of the pepper and halve the pepper.

Put the feta, avocado, lime spice, lime juice, pepper and coriander in a tall cup and puree with the hand blender to a smooth dip.
