Directions

  1. Cut the dates open and take out the kernel.
  2. Cut the figs in half and cut the cutting edge with a sharp knife.
  3. Fill the dates and figs each with 1 tsp mascarpone.
  4. Fold a piece of basil around the dates and figs and wrap around it a strip of pata negra ham..
