Fillet steaks with green beans mix

A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, large potatoes (slightly crumbly (bag 3 kg), peeled), onions, roasts (farmer's dish chop (34 g)), fillet steaks (à la minute (300 g, 5 pieces)), green beans , olive oil, red pepper (in pieces) and capers (jar 100 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the potatoes into quarters, cut 1 onion into pieces. Mix the potatoes and the onion tarts in the roasting bag with half of the included herbs. Brush the fillet strips with the rest of the herbs and place them on the potatoes and onions. Close the bag with the attached locking clip and place in the baking dish. Fry the fillet steaks and potatoes for 40 minutes in the oven.
  2. Remove the stem set of the green beans. Cut the second onion. Bring water to the boil and boil the green beans for 8 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion for 3 minutes. Add the peppers and stir fry for another 3 minutes. Scoop the capers and warm them. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the green beans over 4 plates and spoon the pepper mixture on top. Take the filet steaks out of the roast bag and spread them over the plates. Spoon the potatoes with onions and gravy in the baking dish and serve.
  4. The indicated oven time is an indication and is intended for an electric oven. The temperature can vary per oven; with an oven thermometer you can determine the exact temperature.
