Fillet steaks with white wine
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillets, flour, butter, garlic (finely chopped), dry white wine, beef broth (from tablet), flat parsley ((20 g) and the leaves finely chopped).

Cover the fillet patties with the flour and sprinkle with pepper. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Take out of the pan.

Fry the garlic in the same pan for 1 min. Pour in the wine and the stock and reduce to 1/3 in about 10 minutes. Put the meat back in the pan and heat for another 7 minutes on low heat, with the lid tilted on the pan. Turn off the heat and spread the meat over 4 plates. Let the rest of the butter melt in the sauce while stirring. Add the parsley and pour the sauce over the meat. Delicious after the spaghetti with fennel and with the braised endive with ham.
