A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh parsley (30 g), rice (white (bag a 1 kg)), red onion, gherkins (cubes (400 g)), corn kernels (198 g), tomato cubes ( 400 g), tilapia fillets ((fish, frozen, bag a 750 g), thawed), chili powder and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Parsley leaves finely chop.
  2. Boil rice according to directions on packaging.
  3. Pour half of parsley through rice.
  4. Peel and chop onions.
  5. Pick the gherkin and corn in the sieve.
  6. Salsa making onion, gherkin, corn, tomato cubes and rest of parsley.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Season the fish with chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Heat oil in frying pan.
  10. Fish in pan until brown and cooked over, approx.
  11. 4 min.
  12. On each side.
  13. Spread fish, rice and salsa over 4 plates..
