Spinach-bread dish with ham
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white casa bread, olive oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (diced), spinach ((bag 600 g), washed), shoulder ham (in strips), ground cheese (matured (bag 175) g)) and Italian herbs (12 g jar).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Roast the bread in the oven in 8 min. Crispy. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Fry the pepper for 1 min. Add the spinach in 2-3 portions and allow to shrink. Let the vegetables drain, scoop the ham and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread diagonally through and put in the ovenproof dish. Spoon some spinach mixture on each slice. Sprinkle the cheese and herbs over it.

Fry the bread dish in 15-20 min. Until golden brown and crispy.
