Fish fillets in olive capers sauce
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oil, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), tomato cubes (a 400 g), green olives (in slices), jalapeño pepper (jar a 225 g), capers, dried oregano, lime ( pressed) and redfish fillet (or cod fillet).

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in (snacks) pan. Onion for 5 minutes, gently bake. Rub garlic in the last minute. Make tomato cubes by onion and fry for 5 minutes. Stir in olives, jalapeño pepper, capers and oregano through tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes until thick sauce is formed. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle fish fillets with lime juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the remainder of oil in large frying pan. Fish over medium heat in approx. 5 min., Half-turn. Reheat sauce if necessary. Place fried fish on four plates and pour sauce over it.
