Herbal pancake
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: flour, eggs (M), milk, salt, freshly ground pepper, fresh Italian herbs (20 g), zucchini, winter carrot, butter or margarine and garlic.

Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat until smooth.

Mix half of the herbs through batter.

Bake until top is dry, turn pancake and bake the bottom until golden brown.

Bake 1 more pancake in the same way.
