A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: flour, eggs (M), milk, salt, freshly ground pepper, fresh Italian herbs (20 g), zucchini, winter carrot, butter or margarine and garlic.

Directions

  1. Above bowl of flour seven.
  2. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle and finely chop herb leaves from twigs.
  4. Mix half of the herbs through batter.
  5. Wash the courgette and scrape into thin thin strips with cheese slicer.
  6. Roast the carrot and scrape into thin thin strips with cheese slicer.
  7. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in stir-fry pan.
  8. Peel the garlic and press it over it.
  9. Add zucchini and carrot and gently bake in about 3 minutes.
  10. Create the rest of spices.
  11. Season with salt and pepper and the rest of herbs.
  12. Keep vegetables covered warm.
  13. Meanwhile, stir fry 1/2 tablespoon of butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  14. Drain half of the batter on the bottom of the pan.
  15. Bake until top is dry, turn pancake and bake the bottom until golden brown.
  16. Bake 1 more pancake in the same way.
  17. Let pancakes slide on two plates.
  18. Create zucchini and carrot in the middle..
