Fish sticks deluxe
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, sesame seeds (100g container), cod fillets, butter, filo pastry ((10-pack) and thawed).

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Cut the cod into 8 equal bars and pat dry with kitchen paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Brush 1 sheet of filo pastry with melted butter with the baking brush. Take 1/2 tbsp sesame seed and sprinkle something on the dough. Fold double, brush again with butter and sprinkle again with sesame seeds. Place the sheet with the short side facing you. Place a bar of fish at the beginning and fold the filo pastry on both sides over the fish. Roll up the dough with the fish from the bottom to the top, like a spring roll. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame. Make 7 more fish fingers. Place them on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Fry them until about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown.
