Fish teriyaki with noodles and cashew nuts
Teriyaki sauce is also delicious with fish. Tonight with pangasius strips, wok vegetables, noodles and cashew nuts.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. When the water boils, add the noodles, cook in 5 minutes until al dente and pour.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the wok vegetable for 3 min. On a high heat.

Add the wok sauce and stir-fry for another 1 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan and fry the pangasius strips for 5 min.

Add the rest of the wok sauce for the last 2 minutes.

Mix the noodles with the vegetables and spread over deep plates. Divide the fish over it and sprinkle with the cashew nut pieces.
