Directions
-
Put a roasting pan in the oven and fill it halfway with hot water. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. In a bowl, stir the eggs and stir in the milk in a thin stream. Add the cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
-
Spread a tablespoon lightly with oil. Pour maple syrup on the spoon and leave a spoonful of syrup in each jar, while the jar is always turned. Divide the ham cubes over the jars. Pour the egg mixture carefully onto the ham cubes.
-
Place the jars in the roasting pan in the oven and let the flans cook for approx. 40 min.
-
Take the flange out of the water bath. Put them on a grid and let them cool down. Keep them in the refrigerator until the next day.
-
Let the flange eventually reach room temperature. Place a plate on a flan, shake a little and turn them together. Tasty with warm toast.
