Fragrant mussel packets
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, ready-to-cook mussels (2 kg), stoneleeks (a 8 pieces), mustard, soft butter, coarsely ground sea salt, coarsely ground black pepper and manzanilla sherry (or dry white wine).

Wash and check mussels thoroughly. Remove broken shells and open specimens that do not close after a firm tap. Cut stoneleeks into rings. Mush the mustard with a fork. Store in a refrigerator until used.
