French toast with cherry-lime jam
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lime, fresh cherries, jelly sugar (special (pack a 500 g)), egg, milk, vanilla sugar, white-casino bread (without crust) and butter.

Lime clean poles and peel off grating.

Expressing fruit.

Wash cherries, stain and cut into pieces.

In pan with thick soil, bring cherries with jelly sugar, lime zest and 2 tbsp lime juice to medium heat.

Let the jam simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Take the pan of fire and let it cool down until lukewarm.

Spread the jam over four small glasses.

Beat in deep plate egg with milk and vanilla sugar.

Cut slices of bread twice diagonally.

Heat half of butter in large frying pan.

Cut half of the bread triangles through egg mixture (make sure they do not fall apart!) And put them quickly in frying pan.

French toast in 2 min.

Per side until golden brown, carefully turn with spatula.

Fry 8 French toast with leftover butter and bread.

Place French toast on four plates and serve with a glass of lukewarm jam next to it..
