French toast with cinnamon cream cheese and fruit
French toast of multigrain bread, egg and milk with apple, blackberries, dairy spread and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

Peel and grate the apple. Mix the apple, blackberries and cinnamon sugar with the dairy spread and spread the slices of bread.

Cover with the rest of the slices of bread so that you have sandwiches.

Beat the eggs in a deep plate with the milk and the rest of the cinnamon sugar.

Roll the sandwiches through the egg-milk mixture and leave them for 1 min.

Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan and fry 2 sandwiches in 8 min. On a medium heat until golden brown. Turn halfway. Repeat with the rest.

Cut the French toast in half and sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar if necessary. Serve immediately.
