French toast with custard
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs, semi-skimmed milk, cinnamon, sugar, stollen ((or 4 mini stollen) in slices of 1 cm *), custard, butter and vanilla ice cream.

Beat the eggs with the milk, cinnamon and sugar. Take the slices of bread through the egg mixture. Make sure the bread absorbs the mixture well.

Prepare the custard according to the method of preparation on the packaging. The custard must be hot, but not piping hot.

Heat half the butter and bake half of the bread in 4 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway. Keep warm on a plate under aluminum foil. Heat the rest of the butter and bake the rest of the bread in the same way.

Divide the French toast over 8 plates, add a bread roll of ice cream and scoop the warm custard over it.
