Fresh meal salad with apple and salmon


Salad with garlic, onion, honey-mustard dressing, apples, smoked salmon shavings and iceberg lettuce.

Directions

  1. Cut the bread into small cubes.
  2. Slice the garlic. Chop the onion.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan or stir fry the bread cubes in 3 min. Golden brown and crispy. Add the garlic for the last minute.
  4. Dilute the dressing with some water and mix in the onion.
  5. Halve the apples and remove the core. Cut the apple into thin slices and scoop with the dressing.
  6. Mix the bread cubes, apple and salmon through the iceberg lettuce. Serve immediately.
