Gratinated penne with tuna
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, traditional olive oil and tuna pieces in tomato sauce (tin of 160 g).

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the onions. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Preheat the grill. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and the pepper for about 5 minutes.

Add the tuna and the tomatoes and let it cook gently for about 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Mix the tuna and the penne in an oven dish. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the dish.

Place the baking dish under the grill for about 2 minutes until the mozzarella has melted. Serve.
