Fried chicken with soy sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lime (cleaned), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), sambal oelek, shallot (chopped), coriander ((15 g), leaf chopped), chicken cloves (natural (about 500 g)) , sesame seeds (100 g container), breadcrumbs, egg (beaten) and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the soy sauce with the lime zest, the juice and the sambal. Add the shallot and coriander. Keep the soy chicken covered until use.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken generously with salt and pepper. Mix the sesame seeds with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle on a plate. First take the chicken claws through the egg and then through the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken joints in 3 or 4 parts in approx. 8 min. Until done. Keep warm under aluminum foil. Serve with the soy chicken. Delicious with basmati rice and stir-fried Chinese cabbage.
