Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon in 6 min. Until crispy.

Wash the leek and cut into 2 cm slanted pieces. Slice the mushrooms in quarters and the garlic.

Add the leek, mushrooms, garlic and thyme to the bacon and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
