Fried plaice with summer vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (new), carrots, cauliflower broccoli (350 g), butter, whole skewers breaded (frozen, a 300 g), lime, fresh chives (a 25 g) and crème fraîche ( light).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.
  2. Clean the carrots and cut them into pieces.
  3. Carrots, broccoli and cauliflower boil in 8 minutes.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan and fillets according to the instructions for the baking trays.
  5. Halve lime, cut one half into slices and squeeze out another half.
  6. Grind chives.
  7. Warm in a little pan of crème fraîche.
  8. Cream the crème fraîche with lime juice, salt and pepper and stir in the last chives.
  9. Plaice plaice with potatoes, vegetables and sauce and garnish with lime slices..
