A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, salt, olive oil, ravioli ai 4 formaggi (with four types of cheese), poultry (380 ml), cold butter or margarine and grated parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Bring to the boil in pan of water with a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Cook Ravioli for about 2 minutes, drain in colander.
  3. Put Ravioli individually on kitchen paper.
  4. Heat oil in the pan.
  5. Serve Ravioli in portions of approx.
  6. 8 to 10 pieces of golden brown, half-turn.
  7. Drain ravioli on kitchen paper.
  8. Meanwhile reduce the fond on high heat to 1/2 dl.
  9. Mix the butter with a warm fond.
  10. Create sauce in two deep plates.
  11. Put Ravioli on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Serve with tomato salad..
