Fried rice with chicken fillet and satay sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh celery (50 g), bok choy, onion, garlic, sunflower oil, chicken fillet, carrot julienne (150 g), rice (1 minute (2x 250 g)) and saté sauce ready-to-eat .

Chop celery coarsely.

Cut the paksoi into strips.

Peel onion and garlic.
-
Cut the onion and 3 cloves of garlic.

1 onion garlic press and mix with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.

Cut chicken in half in half and rub each piece around with garlic oil.

Chicken in dry frying pan in approx.

8 min.

Brown and cooked through.

1 tbsp oil in wok heating and stir-fry 3 min.

Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from wokkepeppen and covered hot.

wok dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the remaining oil and fry the onion and carrot for 3 minutes.

Add the rest of the garlic.

Stir off the rice and create through it, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add 3/4 celery and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the satay sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.

Create rice and vegetables next to each other on 4 plates.

Place chicken in between, add sauce and sprinkle with celery..
