A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (Super turbo or Bildstar), salt and oil for frying.

Peel and wash potatoes. Cut potatoes in length into slices of approx. 1 cm thick. Paste into length into strips of approx. 1 cm thick. Wash the pâté in plenty of water. Fry oil in deep frying pan to approx. 140 ° C. Patat in 3 portions cooked 6 to 8 minutes, but do not bake brown, shred fries occasionally. Spread the fries on leaves and allow to cool.
