A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (Super turbo or Bildstar), salt and oil for frying.

Peel and wash potatoes. Cut potatoes in length into slices of approx. 1 cm thick. Paste into length into strips of approx. 1 cm thick. Wash the pâté in plenty of water. Place the pâté in fresh water for about 10 minutes. Drain the pan in colander and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cover tray or baking tray with double layer of kitchen paper. Fry oil in deep frying pan to approx. 140 ° C. Patat in 3 portions cooked 6 to 8 minutes, but do not bake brown, shred fries occasionally. Spread the fries on leaves and allow to cool.
