Kebab salad with halibut
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes in the skins, salt, fennel, spring onions, watercress (or lamb's lettuce), smoked halibut fillet, fresh dill (a 15 g), honey mustard dressing (a 100 ml) and sour cream (125 ml).

Dry beakers, halve and boil in pan with little water and salt in approx.

10 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean fennel and plan in thin slices.

Finely chop fennel green.

Fry in pan with plenty of boiling water and salt fennel for about 2 minutes.

Rinse in sieve under cold running water and allow to drain well.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Pick watercress leaves from stems.

Fill the halibut fillet into strips.

Half of dill finely cut.

In the dish dressing, stir with sour cream, fennel green and finely chopped dill.

Fry the potatoes, fennel, spring onions, watercress and halibut.
-
Have a taste of at least 30 minutes.

Season salad carefully again in between.

Garnish with sprigs of dill..
