A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mini-frikandellen (bag of 20 pieces), oil, lettuce, tomato ketchup (tube), mayonnaise (tube) and silver onions.

Let the frikandels thaw for about 4 minutes. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the frikandels golden brown in 4 minutes. Turn them occasionally.

Use a sharp knife to cut the frikandels in length, but do not cut them completely.

Cut the cups from the top in half. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry with some kitchen paper. Put a leaf of lettuce in each half cup.

Put the frikandels in the lettuce leaves. Pipe tomato ketchup and mayonnaise in the frikandels and sprinkle some silver onions.
