Fusilli with forest mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fusilli (pasta, bag of 500 g), olive oil, mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), pasta sauce (with forest mushrooms and herbs (600 g)), sour cream (125 ml) and ground cheese (lightly ripened ( 150 g)).

Prepare fusilli according to directions on the package.

Drain, drain well and mix with 1 tbsp olive oil and pepper to taste.

Rest oil in wok heating.

In this mushroom stir-fry mix 4 min stir-fry.

Add sauce and bring to the boil.

Allow 2 minutes to simmer.

Spread the fusilli over 4 plates, create a sauce in the middle, add sour cream and sprinkle cheese over it..
