Make gado gado with rice, egg, winter carrot, cabbage, cucumber, saté sauce and prawn cracker.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the eggs hard in about 7 minutes. Peel and halve the eggs. Meanwhile, peel the carrot and cut into strips.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and break in half.

Boil the carrot, green beans and cabbage for approx. 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and cut into cubes. Heat the satay sauce in the microwave 1.5 minutes at 700 watts.

Divide the vegetables over the plates. Put 3 half eggs on each plate. Pour saté sauce over the vegetables and eggs.

Garnish with the cracker and serve with the rice.
