Game bouillon With Smoked Duck Breast
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, orange, wildfat (380 ml), smoked duck breast fillet (pack `150 g), grilled peppers (` 200 g), parsley, medium dry sherry, salt and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Season the orange well under cold running water and cut off two thin pieces of skin (rest is not used).

Bring to the boil in the pan with the same amount of water and orange zest and let it cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, cut duck breast fillets into small strips.

Cut peppers into small pieces.

Parsley finely cut.

Remove orange peel from stock.

Broth to taste with sherry, salt and pepper.

Spread the fillet, peppers and parsley over four plates.
