Garden gourmet balls with capers and pasta
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Italian (herbs (12 g jar)), capers, finely chopped (vegetarian, dish 175 g), olive oil, fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g), string beans (bowl 400 g), sugo tradizionale ( 470 g) and fresh basil (leaf).

Mix the Italian herbs, the capers and salt and pepper to taste with the minced meat.

Shape 12 balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls over medium heat in 10 min.

Around brown and done.

Meanwhile, cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the package al dente.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the string beans and cut them into slanted pieces.

Cook them with the pasta for the last 4 minutes.

Drain the pasta in a colander and put it back in pan.

Add the pasta sauce and heat for 3 minutes.

Divide the pasta over 4 plates and put the balls on it.

Sprinkle the basil over it..
