A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, giant scampi (frozen, 500 g), lemon, garlic, olive oil, mixed lettuce (200 g) and honey-mustard dressing (bottle a 270 ml).

Scampi for a few minutes soaking in warm water and pat dry.

Cut lemon into wedges.

Squeeze the garlic over oil.

Heat garlic oil in large frying pan and scampi on medium heat in 5-10 min.

Mix with dressing.

Serve scampi with salad and lemon wedges..
