Giant bean salad with apple and tuna
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, apple (diced), lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, natural tuna ((200 g), drained), giant beans (400 g), drained), shallot (in rings), garden pea carrot and wholemeal bread (floor bread).

Sprinkle the apple with 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Rest of lemon juice with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste until dressing to beat.

Remove tuna with fork and scoop with beans, apple and shallot.

Cut cress and cut 1/4 part by salad.

Toasting bread.

Bread salad on each slice and garnish with tuft cress..
