Giant crostini with salmon and ricotta
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mushrooms (400 g), bread, (olive) oil, rucola salad (75 g), Italian (pesto dressing (100 g)), smoked salmon (a 100 g), ricotta cheese, 250 g) and balsamic vinegar.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Slice sandwiches lightly with some oil.

Golden brown grilling on both sides.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry mushrooms over high heat for 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix lettuce with dressing.

Place roasted sandwiches (crostini) on 4 large flat plates.

Spread the lettuce, sautéed mushrooms, salmon slices and ricotta over them.

Sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pepper to taste..
