Pasta with steak in stroganoff sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oyster mushrooms (150 g), chilled tagliatelle (pasta, 250 g), butter, steak (stroganoff (500 g)), arugula (lettuce, 75 g), balsamic dressing, spicy cheese (eg grana padano) and piece).

Cut oyster mushrooms into bars.

Cook pasta in plenty of water with salt until al dente.

Melt butter in frying pan and fry oyster mushrooms and steak cubes for 4 minutes.

Add stroganoff sauce and heat for 1 min.

Dill sauce with a little boiling water if necessary.

In a bowl, sprinkle with arugula and dressing.

Drain pasta and cook on warm plates.

Spread the meat sauce and grate cheese coarsely above it.
