Gnocchi tuna platter
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Gnocchi di patate (Italian mashed potato specialty 500 g), red pepper, olive oil, tuna in oil (185 g), ratatouille niçoise (à 400 g), spring onions and crushed cheese (150 g).

Bring water to a boil in the pan.

Gnocchi slide in water and bring back to boil.

Gnocchi are cooked when they come to the surface.

Meanwhile, pepper, clean and cut into blocks.

Heat oil in pan and bake pepper for approx.

Mix tuna with ratatouille and co-heat.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Making onions by ratatouille.

Divide gnocchi and ratatouille mixture into four plates.
