Gnocchi with zucchini in tomato sauce


Gnocchi with bacon strips, sage, zucchini, garlic, rosemary, pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Cut the sage leaves fine. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon, the gnocchi and sage in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the courgettes in the length and cut into 1 cm pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min.
  4. Add the zucchini, rosemary, pepper and salt and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the pasta sauce and heat for another 4 minutes.
  5. Serve the gnocchi with the zucchini in tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
