Gnocchi with zucchini in tomato sauce
Gnocchi with bacon strips, sage, zucchini, garlic, rosemary, pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Cut the sage leaves fine. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon, the gnocchi and sage in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, halve the courgettes in the length and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min.

Add the zucchini, rosemary, pepper and salt and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the pasta sauce and heat for another 4 minutes.

Serve the gnocchi with the zucchini in tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
