Granita of green tea with lychee
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: green tea, honey, lemon (squeezed), fresh mint ((box 15 g), only the leaves) and lychees (a 425 g).

Bring 750 ml of water to the boil and let cool slightly. Immerse the bag of green tea in the water until it looks light green. Mix in the honey and lemon juice and pour it into a plastic container. Put the container in the freezer and stir every half hour with a fork. After 5 hours you have a beautiful, crystal-shaped granita.

Divide the granita over 6 glasses, garnish with the fresh mint and serve 3 to 4 lychees.
