Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line the brownie mold with the baking paper. Heat the butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Meanwhile cut the figs very finely. Mix the figs, cranberries, muesli, quinoa, coconut palm sugar and the self-raising flour in a large bowl.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the butter-honey mixture into the bowl. Mix everything together.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the brownie shape. Put a piece of baking paper on it and press. Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  5. Allow to cool completely in the form. Cut into 14 bars and store in a closed drum.
